Condensed Milk Bread
A soft, fluffy, warm, and buttery bread sweetened with condensed milk and topped with a sweet glaze.

Ingredients
- milk at room temperature250 g
- sweetened condensed milk75 g
- egg1
- sugar30 g
- instant yeast7 g
- all purpose flour400 g
- salt6 g
- softened butter50 g
- vinegar10 ml
- softened butter (for glaze)45 g
- sweetened condensed milk (for glaze)45 g

Method
- In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and a small amount of the milk until the mixture froths. Set aside. — 5 min
- Add the egg, condensed milk, and yeast mixture to the bowl. Mix well.
- Add the flour and salt, and mix until a dough is formed.
- Add the softened butter and mix. Sprinkle extra flour on the counter and knead the dough. — 10 min
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and allow to proof. — 1 h
- Punch the dough down, remove it from the bowl, and divide it into two equal portions. Roll each portion flat, roll it up from one side, and cut into 7 pieces.
- Line an 18 x 10 cm (7 x 4 in) bread baking pan with parchment paper. Place the pieces of dough next to each other in the pan.
- Allow the bread to rest and rise a second time. — 50 min
- Whisk the egg and milk for the egg wash together, then brush over the top of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven. (180°C) — 21 min
- While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the butter and condensed milk together until smooth.
- When the bread comes out of the oven, brush the top immediately with the prepared glaze.
